Tuelo

Privacy Policy

Last updated 11 October 2026

Tuelo is built so that your work stays between your devices and your own machines. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Your sessions stay on your machines

The Tuelo app connects directly to the Tuelo agent you install on your own computers. Your sessions, their conversations, files and terminal output live on those computers and travel between them and your devices over encrypted connections. We do not host, store or have access to your sessions.

The relay

To reach your machines when you are away from them, and to deliver notifications, Tuelo uses a relay server that we run. Messages between your Apple Watch and your machines pass through it sealed with keys held only by your own devices, so the relay cannot read them. When a session needs you, your agent sends the notification text through the relay to Apple's push notification service, which delivers it to your devices. We do not use notification content for any other purpose.

Identifiers

To deliver notifications, the app creates a random device identifier and receives a push token from Apple. These are shared with your own agents and the relay only to route notifications to the right device.

Subscriptions

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details; Apple tells the app only whether a subscription is active.

On-device features

Speech-to-text runs on your device. Photos are saved to your library only when you choose Save.

No tracking

Tuelo contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking, and we do not sell or share personal data.
